Are you in the midst of the Fog? Wondering What the Fog is going on?
Do you feel isolated and alone going through peri/menopause?
Are you confused about perimenopause & menopause, HRT or where to get help and info?
Are you wanting to get ahead of the game and get informed before you go through perimenopause (a wise move!)?
Are you a health professional looking for information and training?

Join us at #FogFest2023!

A fun filled day hosted by Jo Ibbott, Founder of What the Fog? Facebook Group and Executive Menopause Coach  Jo spends much of her time educating people - individuals and organisations...anyone that will listen(!) - about menopause and loves nothing more than busting myths and raising awareness, helping people join the dots.

#FogFest2023 is an opportunity for you to learn LOADS about peri/menopause from the BEST experts. Whether you're  experiencing it now or going to experience it in the future, you are welcome!  One thing is certain when it comes to peri/menopause, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Getting yourself educated and informed is the best investment in your health and wellbeing because there is so much we CAN do. It doesn't have to blindside or undermine us. We want to change the narrative, break the taboo and help you get clarity… and we want to have fun!
